We’ll try this again seeing as someone at CCP flagged it for their name being in it..funny how they keep the names in for good reviews but bad they flag it for going against trust pilots guidelines…Such a shame as after such a positive experience in getting the loan, the supposed owner of the business has just earned them a 1 star review.Rang for a settlement figure on my loan. Answered the phone without a proper introduction and got irate with me for wanting to know if there was a team I could actually speak to, to discuss the settlement after being directed to him via the automated system. I mean god forbid thinking an established business would have a contactable accounts team. Muted (I presume to slate me) without advising then put me on hold. Snapped at me that a figure be generated & emailed today.Will be glad to get rid after that encounter with him. Stick to being an “owner” as your customer service skills are rubbish. My tone matched yours after me initially being polite
