I Genuinely did not expect this level of service from a loan company, the customer care side especially from Elena she genuinely cared and done everything to reassure me after an accident at work left me with no income, I was worried I would loose my car as the result of this but Elena assured me everything would be ok and what ever the situation she would work with me, Just that phone call made me feel a lot more at ease and sometimes saying thank you just doesn’t seem enough.
