Not happy at all, charged £2 to park on arrival (unnecessary), then asked for a further £34 per person for insurance for a gift we'd been given. The icing on the cake was the we brought the lanyards home and noticed by accident that they should be returned and if not returned we'd be charged a further £80 per person. At no point during sign in or with any of the instructors did they say that the lanyards needed to be returned. No one even explained what the cards inside were for.
