Dashboard Cover Never Arrived - Customer Service is of no help

I ordered a dashboard cover from carcoverusa.com over a month ago and have not received the product. I paid additional shipping fees on top of their standard fee (they didn't disclose this detail on their website and instead have a nameless customer service person advise me that I had to pay more $ since I reside in HI). Despite multiple emails to customer care they have not been able to resolve. They told me the product comes from Mexico and is shipped FedEx and then at some point in the shipping process it goes to my local post office for delivery. The FedEx tracking number they provided is not a legitimate number and my post office has no such package for me. The owner of this company is listed as John Carrero, Staten Island, NY yet this person has no public contact information. If I had known this was going to be such a debacle I would have avoided this company altogether. And, they don't provide a customer service number. All correspondence is via a general email with incompetent customer service who does not provide their name. Avoid this company!!! And, if they end up resolving this issue I will update my review however I'm not going to hold my breath given what I've experienced to date.UPDATE as of 9/18/25: the customer service person I heard back from today promised to send me a replacement to the dashboard cover I never received. However, within a few hours, I received a generic email "Replacement Order Canceled" without any explanation. So, I'm now asking for a full refund including shipping fees. This has been an absolute horrible experience dealing with this company. The owner is supposedly John Carrero of Staten Island, NY yet all phone numbers associated with this name and CarCoverUSA are numbers that are no longer in working order. If I don't receive a full refund I plan to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. Here is proof that CarCover USA is being completely dishonest about what was promised to me today. What sort of individual does this? I have not ever posted anything bad about a company but due to my horrible experience I wanted all consumers to be aware. There are other reputable companies out there and this isn't one of them given my recent experience
