I did a mobile check deposit thru the card app today. I chose to do receive my funds in minutes for a fee and 6 hours later my funds are still not in my card account. It shows on the app that both checks was deposited to my account but when I call customer service they say they dont see any mobile check deposits to my account. And customer service says they cant tell u anything cause they dont know. I will definitely be contacting the CFPB its a federal agency that supervises banks and other financial institutions. And I will contact the BBB "Better business bureau on CARD premium bank account.
