The email didn’t go through at the requested time (for a birthday gift). I then had to wait on hold for 3 x 15 minutes that afternoon which was very frustrating. It was eventually sorted but not until later that day which was frustrating and disappointing. The idea in principle was good. I just had a bad experience.
