I am really frustrated with the entire experience. Using the gift card is overly complicated, and transferring it to use online is ridiculous — it feels unnecessarily slow and difficult. The time it takes to convert it into an online gift card is simply unacceptable, especially when other services offer instant access. A gift card should not require so much effort. I won't buy from them again.
