Completely unacceptable service. I redeemed a gift card for a digital Visa last Friday. It has now been six days of being ignored — countless emails, absurd hold times, and still no card. If you’re considering purchasing a gift card from this platform, think twice. This service is utterly unreliable. Opt for a physical card instead — at least you’ll actually get what you pay for. They have taken $100 from my client for a digital product that was never delivered, and then had the nerve to charge an additional service fee without any explanation. No resolution. No accountability. This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s careless and misleading. I truly don’t understand how companies like this are permitted to operate. Stay away at all costs.
