I've just completed the 35 sessions with Carda Health and now on the Phase 3 Plan. Unbelievable to me just how much I have improved. With three lung diseases, I could barely walk as my body had also weakened from surgery and lack of any movement. My body is again in great condition for an 81 year old woman and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks to Seth, my personal physio therapist
