I ordered a personalized family planner but received a standard calendar that lacks the columns for organizing individual family members. The customer service was extremely unhelpful. It's safe to say we won't be using this service again!
I attempted to use the online service, but it was very poor. My first purchase attempt failed due to system issues, and I received a refund. The second attempt didn’t arrive on time, despite paying extra for first-class postage. Tracking didn’t work, and it was impossible to get assistance over the phone.
I made a last-minute choice to grab a Christmas helium balloon for my grandson as they were closing. A kind staff member welcomed me in, and I successfully got the balloon. I'm so grateful; he adores helium balloons, and I know it will brighten his day when he sees it. The team there truly goes above and beyond.
