They were very thorough when explaining all procedures and also insisted on taking our ID and details before starting - I really appreciate this kind of detail and care. They sterilised everything for 10 minutes.Rebecca did the piercing and was so gentle and precise. Darryn has a no-nonsense approach which I think is vital in a place like this, he won't bend the rules and oversees all the work here. It felt very reassuring (I was more nervous than my daughter).
