My daughter 14th birthday today she wanted to have her noise pierced so I googled the age online it’s says uk law Is any age for ears and noise so I booked with this company without reading there policy , I paid online when we got there the attitude on the staff we were greeted by was absolutely disgusting he would not do the piecing because we didn’t bring I’d and would not give us a refund . My daughter was absolutely gutted she lost £40 pound of her birthday money.😤
