Due to the lack of control over professional/powersellers cardmarket is slowly turning into a scamming machine. Almost every order I make contain cards in bad condition or not graded correctly. I've seen cards curved and bent in every possible way, missing articles, incorrect grading and bigger sellers don't even care about offering support to their buyers or simply a decent service anymore. They're the only way on Cardmarket to acquire a good number of cards without having to pay insane amounts of money on expedition costs and they take advantage of their control over the market to sell bad cards at high prices. They won't even contact u if u declare missing articles/damaged cards.
I understand that every seller has the right to decide prices and how they want to get their job done in terms of quality/efficiency but the liberty you granted to sellers is becoming a concrete problem to buyers.
Professional and Powersellers should be certified based on the quality of the cards they sell and not just the number of expeditions.
If you want cards in good conditions at a fair price don't use Cardmarket. It's sincerely a shame considering how convenient the service was until a couple of years ago.
