So I am not satisfied with the answer I got from the company, in my opinion you should not answer like this if you plan to keep your customers.My card came with some visible problems, and when I pointed it out this was the answer I got:"Thanks a lot for your feedback and your interest in becoming an ambassador! We’re sorry to hear the card didn’t fully meet your expectations.We’d like to clarify a few things: The small marks and imperfections you noticed are normal for brass black material. Since the design is laser-engraved, slight texture differences can happen. They’re not scratches or defects. The chip may already have had the scratch, as it was used before. It won’t affect how the card works at all. The lines might not look 100% straight because of how the card is engraved. Each card is custom-made, not mass-produced, so small differences are part of the handmade process.We understand you expected a flawless finish, but please note these details are normal for our cards and don't qualify for a refund or fix."As much as I like the concept and the idea and i have another 3 card that I would upgrade I will not return to this company sadly.Best regards.
