I opted for the online course because of its convenience. I also got hooked on their engaging videos I saw on YouTube. Robert Rico is an excellent teacher. The current videos offered are not the ones of him in a classroom. They have been updated to provide the latest information needed to pass the exam. There are also live courses offered. Note that adding the videos on Real Estate Practice, Principles and Finance or adding the exam Crash Course videos will both incur additional charges.What you need for the test is all in the book and PowerPoint presentations. Although many people find them useful, the videos are not essential to passing the exam. No matter which options you choose, reading the book is a must. The online courses also include a State Exam Prep course and practice tests.Even though US Realty Training CA can be done online, they still provide excellent guidance. You can contact your team member or anyone at their main office and they are there to help. That made all the difference.
