Beware. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers last October 2024 but they were not at all what I had expected from the website details so I immediately returned them asking for a refund. I obtained proof of posting from Royal Mail & confirmation of delivery back to Care Clothing. I then forgot about it expecting a refund to be credited back to my credit card. I realised weeks later that had not happened so I emailed them the full details but had no response. I then rang them & spoke to allegedly the owner, politely explaining the situation. I followed up with 2 more emails but got no response at all. I tried a credit card reclaim but had left it too late so I'm over £60 out of pocket. Beware this company.
