I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the way my international transfer has been managed. On 27 November 2025, I sent AED 4,600 to my NRE account in India. To this day, the funds are STILL unaccounted for. There has been no update or resolution — nothing at all. Whenever I reach out to the support team, they merely close my complaint without providing any solutions. They keep sending me a UTR number that does not match the one displayed in their own application. How is it possible for a financial service provider to issue two different UTR numbers for the same transaction? Due to this discrepancy, my Indian bank is unable to trace the funds. This goes beyond mere incompetence — it reflects a lack of responsibility and is completely unacceptable for a company that handles people's finances. And before the service responds with their typical message: “Please contact us on Twitter/X or LinkedIn for assistance” — let me clarify: I have already raised this issue on X, Reddit, and LinkedIn, and even there, the responses are just generic, scripted replies from their customer care team. There has been no real investigation, no accurate UTR, no tangible action. Just repetitive scripted responses across various platforms. As of now, they still cannot provide the correct UTR number, leaving me and my AED 4,600 completely in the dark. The service has demonstrated:

❌ No urgency
❌ No accountability
❌ No capability to resolve genuine issues If you care about your hard-earned money, reconsider before placing your trust in this service. This experience has been nothing less than a nightmare.
