Terrible, I only accepted to pay the £3.95 for the resume (which at first seemed like it was free only to ask for payment at the last minute) only for me to notice a transaction on my card for £24.54, with absolutely no receipt for either of these things, and when I brought it up with customer service they seemed to not get what I was saying and said I wasn't even eligible for the '7 day money back guarantee' which is ridiculous since I cancelled the next day. They never replied to me after that even after I emailed them multiple times and I will be disputing this with my bank
