Deceptive billing practices. Just like everyone else says... avoid this... they bait you in at a low rate and then bill you 25$ without any notification. They will cancel when you figure this out, but forget about refunds. Scammy.Don't ask me to reach out... I did that. Instead, consider sending email confirmations that the trial is about to expire, as well as when billing occurs, even if it impacts your revenue... the ethical approach and customer advocacy will pay itself in dividends.
