I recently decided to use the service to revamp my CV. In my instructions I clearly indicated I needed a European approach. Especially a Scandinavian approach. Instead my instructions are ignored and my CV is being changed totally. It looks worse and I tried to explain that the roles im seeking are within operations & supply. Yet am still not getting the service I wanted. Now i paid for the extra express CV service and I regret it. I have asked for a refund now as I did not get the CV by the 30th January completed. Yet not response. I cannot recommend this service at all.
