Company operates under two names: Resume.io and Carrer.io. Resume.io has a separate page on Trustpilot with good ratings, but once you subscribe to the service, you may be redirected to Carrer.io (was my case). The customer service that I dealt with was of Career.io, although I signed up via Resume.io. The actual CV builder interface and logistics are good, however, attitude to the customers is very poor. I paid for 7 days trial (wasn't free!), which I then could not cancelled and was charged £20 the next day. I provided printscreens to the CS that indicated that I wasn't able to cancel the trial, but was repeatedly ignored. Customer service kept sending me automated emails and refused to refund me, although I contacted them within 30 mins after transaction. This makes me think that the website is purposefully designed for fraudulent charges
