I’ve cancelled my subscription the same day of my 2.95 7-day trial subscription. I don’t need this service at all. But I was charged 25.95 without authorizing. And the helpdesk said “ I checked your account and cancelled the active subscription. Please note that you initiated the cancellation, but did not completed it in the system—it was marked as pending.” well, I was sure that I clicked through the cancellation, but now they requested a cancellation confirmation email which I never received….I wish I made a screenshot. This is a scam.
