Sikhar has the experience and expertize to guide a majority of people in the IT industry about how to think about and upgrade their careers. Loved the weekly group sessions, the mock interviews, the study and interview prep material and the templates and techniques to apply. I liked the personal touch Sikhar gives to each applicant. However I feel 3 months is too short a time to actually get a job especially for senior roles and in a tough market. Some people with the right experience do get jobs in that time frame.. Would love if some approach can be thought of to ensure 3 interview calls for each student... Beyond that the coaching for the interviews anyway helps... It is getting interview calls that is a huge challenge many times because of the number of applicants
