Career Evolved is more than just a program to help you in your job search. It is a COMMUNITY. The program itself made me participate in some serious introspection and face my self-limiting behaviors. It changed my mindset and approach to the job search. There is so much from this program that I will take with me for the rest of my life and in other aspects of my life. Olivia and Ryan both challenged me to assess my self-limiting behaviors, mindset, and approach. They also made me realize that I needed to detach myself from the results of applications I submitted because "what is for me, IS for me!" I leaned on the community for inspiration, when I had no energy and doubted myself. Andrea was instrumental in me turning my doubts and low energy around to focus on being my authentic self and realizing I have a lot to offer any organization. It wasn't easy and it required a lot of work and introspection, but it was WORTH IT. I'm so glad I AM a part of this program. Thanks to everyone in the CE community, especially Olivia, Ryan, and Andrea.
