Good service if you struggle with formatting a CV and responsive staff but overall I found it to be a very basic service with a recruiter telling me my original CV was better than my new one I have had created with this service.I don't feel as though having my allocated team member was specialised in project management enough to provide any insight above what I already had or able to take my initial information and improve it to the level I was expecting.In all honesty I don't believe what was provided in terms of a CV and cover letter was better than what can be achieved through an AI system.
