My mother had the carelink24 alarm for years. She had a serious stroke during the alarm cancellation period (one month after renewal) Cancelling the contract was the last thing on my mind as she entered palliative care. Carelink24 didn’t want to return ANY money to mom although I’d just renewed the contract for her ! Be aware !!
