I feel deceived by this immigration service. I lost a significant amount of money due to their actions. They charged me a large fee for obtaining a Canada PR, but they did not deliver. When I requested a refund, they informed me that the agreement period had expired, effectively taking my money. I urge others not to trust them. The representatives involved seem more focused on exploiting clients.
