From our first WhatsApp contact through to the survey, quote and installation – everything was completed in under 2 weeks. My current energy supplier quoted 6-8 weeks!Matt is incredibly professional with no hidden costs (refreshingly not a pushy salesman when you only want what you need). He took time to explain which Zappi Glo would suit my needs and actually advised me NOT to spend over £100 more on something I didn't need – genuine honesty you rarely find.He didn't ask for any upfront payment or deposit, which was reassuring as so many tradespeople ask for money upfront these days. I paid him straight after the work was completed – that's how much I trusted him.He even asked for my MPAN number and all the proof for certificate verification, and responded to my emails efficiently. A very hard worker who still came on Saturday morning as he couldn't make it after 5pm on the first date because he was taking his daughter to football – what a lovely family man. He spent plenty of time with the installation, helped me set everything up on the app, and even did extra work for me. He advised exactly where to position the charger to suit my lifestyle best.The cherry on top? He even tidied up and cleaned my rubbish afterwards – an absolute gem in the Newbury and Thatcham area. I will definitely be spreading the word. My other quote came back late and was much more expensive.Highly recommend Matt – professional, honest, hardworking, and just a really nice guy.
