AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would strongly advise people to avoid CarGiant based on my experience.

I purchased a vehicle less than 30 days ago. Within the first week of ownership the brake warning light came on while I was driving. I have dated photo evidence of this. At the time the car felt heavy and unsafe to drive which is extremely concerning.

I paid out of my own money to fix the issue. When I went to Goodmans service to fix the braking lights they found 15 faults that I was never informed about at the point of sale and confirmed the vehicle was not safe to drive. Fault messages appear when the ignition is turned on and disappear while driving but intermittent faults are still faults.

Despite this CarGiant continue to say the vehicle is in good condition. They have kept dragging out the return process, delaying emails and giving different reasons instead of resolving it properly. I was told because it is a Mercedes I should take it to Mercedes for them to confirm if the faults are worthy of a return which feels like another way to avoid responsibility.

The salesperson who sold me the car said there was only one previous owner and did not provide any service record. The person I spoke to on the phone today Naheem who also sold me the car and has been sending emails has kept prolonging this and telling me to pick up the car. I was also later told I supposedly signed something saying the car included an SD card which I clearly remember reading before signing and it did not say that. I also know the vehicle did not have an SD card.

Every time it looks like the car may finally be returned they come up with another issue or requirement which just causes more stress and delays. As of today I am still waiting for a response.

I have rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I will not collect a car that has shown brake warning lights and multiple faults within the first week. I am legally entitled to a full refund.

This whole situation has been stressful and exhausting. I would not use CarGiant again and I would urge others to be very careful and do listen to all the google reviews and do your information research before getting a car here .it has been extremely stressful as they keep coming up with different stuff.
