I originally contacted this business for a cargo net and was offered a good deal on a carbon bar and net together. Unfortunately, what followed was a frustrating experience — a 3-week wait, poor communication, and the parcel being sent to the wrong address despite confirming the change with them. I was met with multiple promises that weren’t kept, though they did eventually apologise and issue a partial refund. The products themselves are great — it’s just a shame the customer service and delivery process didn’t match the quality of the items.
