I will NEVER use this unacceptable excuse for a parcel delivery service again. I sent five parcels to India, and upon arrival, every box was damaged. All items were beyond repair, including cherished pictures and a handmade wooden box. I had taken great care in packaging them, knowing their value, but they arrived looking like they had been mishandled. Even my clothes were tossed around. They don't reinforce boxes and just use flimsy tape with their logo. My last box was opened by them and resealed. PLEASE, AVOID THIS SERVICE—it's not worth the risk of losing everything.
