Despite being present for over 30 minutes, the driver marked it as a 'missed pickup' without any attempt to contact us. The tracking system was unreliable, and we received conflicting information. Additionally, we were sent a payment reminder despite having already completed the payment. I had to make multiple calls, repeating the same issue with different representatives, resulting in inconsistency and no follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating and chaotic experience, far from what one would expect from a professional courier service.
