Over a month ago, I returned an order containing two pairs of pants through Carhartt WIP's return portal because the sizes were incorrect. I used the shipping label from Carhart WIP's portal to return my package and now it appears the package was lost. I emailed after two weeks that I thought it was taking a very long time and they would start an investigation. Now we are two weeks on and I have not heard anything and so I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. Carhartt WIP is responsible for the package because they paid for the return and I had to use their portal. Instead of accommodating the customer, after I proved I returned the package, I am now the one who has to bear the consequences.I want a solution as soon as possible, because I don't think it's okay to make your customers wait so long and 'hold' the paid money for so long.EDIT: Answer on your responseNow I'm getting really pissed off!! I've already told that the postal office put another sticker on the parcel with a different code, the code which was on the receipt I've sent to you a few weeks ago. That's the whole reason I started e-mailing your company, because I couldn't track the parcel and I wanted to know what was going on.Therefore, your response is really worthless and I'm getting angrier and angrier now. You act like I'm lying and that there's nothing you can do, but you keep responsible for the shipping of the return, not me. I did return the parcel, I did follow the instructions you sent me, but because of your own silly return portal system, I'm the one being disadvantaged. Fix it!!EDIT 2: After PostNL's confirmation that I did send the parcel back to Carhartt, they are now proceeding to refund the money. I'm awaiting the process and I will update this review after I got the money back.EDIT 3: Today I received the refund. I appreciate having the money back now, although I do regret that this was only so soon after posting a negative review. Anyway, thanks for solving the problem
