Booked flights back in October for travel to Trinidad in the new year for a family of 4 travelling from London to Antigua and then onto Port of Spain and back, decided to check airline app and noticed date was changed for the inbound flight from POS to Antigua, which leaves a family of 4 stranded overnight in a different country.Contacted Virgin Atlantic to inquire if the issue was with them, and was told by VA that they were indeed surprise by the change without correspondence and for me to contact the Travel Agent as the change of date was made on the 20th December, contacted the Travel Agent to be informed that Caribbean Airlines moved the flight to an earlier date because Flight BW0280 which is due to fly at 09:20 from POS isn't in operation again and flight has now been moved to a different date.Question: Shouldn't Caribbbean Airlines not communicate this with customers and inquire what date and time would be suitable for passengers ( we have paid events to attend on the date they have made the change) 2nd is Caribbean Airlines planning to pay accommodation for 4 persons in a country that we had no plans to spend overnight and 3rd if I didn't check my app and see this change and ended up going to the airport on the day we were carded to travel to London we would've been told our flight had left the day before This is so wrong Caribbean Airlines on all levels...For an Airline that I hold in high standards...I'm indeed saddened.Shape Up or Ship Out CA, this is not the way to treat your die hard customers.
