This is the first time we have purchased a car through Carlingo and based on this experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending them. From our first phone call after seeing a car on their website, to our test drive and purchasing of the car (dealt with by Josh Millar who was excellent), the part exchange of our old car, and our handover appointment with Maddie, everything went smoothly and everyone involved was customer focused, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The only disappointment in the whole process was the fact that one of the small marks on the paintwork which had been noted on our viewing/test drive was not removed during preparation of the vehicle for collection. It was rechecked by the head of the valet team but still could not be removed. Thankfully it is not very noticeable. Everything else was completed exactly as promised and we are absolutely delighted with our new car and the whole process of buying and part exchanging through Carlingo.Thank you Josh, Maddie, the receptionists and other members of the team. We would also like to say that the showroom (including toilets!) was spotless and a credit to the lady who was cleaning throughout both our visits - unfortunately we didn’t get her name but hope our thanks will be passed on to her, along with the rest of the team. The coffee is good too!
