KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYGot my carluex air 2nd April 2024 no user manual not a good start so i contacted support told me to update the unit updating the unit doesn't give you a user manual eventually got it all set up on the same day all loojed good youtube working sndriod auto working all seems ok then i go for a drive then it starts disconecting when driving having to stop all the time to get it all set back up then ot starts overheating so on the 3rd April 2024 i asked for return address still one week later and several emails no return address when they do reply all they say is update it i want to return it becouse its faulty and they won't give return address kerp away from this company unless you like to chuck money away because thats all you will do and customer care is no help at all i have asked my bank to intervene and my payment has been frozen
