This service has been a complete waste of time. There are plenty of other suppliers, so I recommend trying them instead. Their website states delivery is usually 1 to 5 days, so I placed an order. They took 2 to 3 days to inform me they couldn't fulfill my order as requested due to a machine breakdown. I had to settle for a different option, assuming it was in production. After more delays, I was told my mats were still 'in production' after 9 days. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a company that can handle UK orders more efficiently, as I am now left with mats that are not what I wanted and a lengthy wait.
