Ordered custom matts for a 2026 Honda Pilot. Custom is a lie, they do not fit in properly. Check box and paid extra to get the third row but only received front and back. Asked them if they sent the wrong matts and I was missing third row. They responed to me to alter the matts by cutting them when they are not solid rubber or plastic matts, removing the edging sewing around the matts. Than told me to remove the plastic covers, center counsel and door trim covers and make it fit. Than tell me to use velvcro. Where is the 3rd row seat matt I paid for?
Have asked for refund for 3 weeks, kept giving me the run around. Contacted Pay Pal to see if they can get my refund.
