My name is Tonin Gjekmarkaj. I booked 7 tickets from August 15 - August 22. One of us was of Albanian citizenship, but had a USA tourist visa. Before booking the tickets I asked two-three times Anna(Annahle)Carlos in charge of Personal Vacation Consultant, if the Albanian guy could travel to Alaska. Her answer was “yes, of course, cause you’re traveling within 50 states of USA”. I asked her again: Does the cruise navigates through the territorial waters of Canada?”Her answer:” Yes, he can stay on board the cruise, but not descend on Canadian land”. The check-in security didn’t allow the Albanian tourist to embark on Carnival Cruise. My wife and my two sisters with their husbands embarked, but I had to cancel even my trip just not to leave alone my Albanian tourist cousin. What a stress! Carnival Cruise owes me $4200 for two booked tickets because Anna deceived us.
