Had a really bad time with the customer service over the phone, felt like they were discriminating against me. Got so fed up, I decided to cancel my cruise. They told me to do that at the place I bought the ticket, which was okay.But when I asked how I could leave feedback or make a complaint about their service, they told me they didn't have a way to do that, no email, no online form, nothing. Instead, they told me to contact the Port Authorities?! I told them my complaint had nothing to do with the Port Authorities, and they agreed but didn't offer any other solution.Seriously not cool how they treated me and then tried to pass the buck to someone else!No wonder they don't have a way to complain—if no one can say anything, they never have to deal with the mess they create. So, a heads up to everyone: Don't book with this cruise line!
