This company has been the worst I’ve encountered. I felt pressured to sign up as it was my first contract. It has been a total waste of money. After working for just a month, I’m paying them for four. They tried to extract more money from me until I was in tears on the phone. Thankfully, I explored other options. Now they want to charge extra to file my tax return. It’s infuriating as I paid them without receiving any service. My information is also only accessible through a paid subscription. Avoid if possible.
