Since signing up with Caroola I've felt so much more comfortable about whats going on in the background so I've been able to concentrate on the day job. Liam is always on hand to provide advice or answer random questions I think of and he always takes his time to make sure I'm following along, and that I'm comfortable with the information he's given me.
Prior to joining Caroola I was having conversations with another firm who were just not responsive or helpful. All I could think is 'if this is what they're like whilst they're trying to get me to join them, imagine what it might be like once they've already got my money' - I've not had any of that issue with Caroola and appreciate Liam being on hand if I have questions.
