I've been working with Caroola since I started my business 2 years ago. In November 2025 Tegan Wilson was introduced as our dedicated Accountant and she is brilliant. She is always on hand to keep my records on track and always responds quickly to emails helping answer my questions and resolving my confusion. The app is great but I'm not always good at the bookkeeping, which is another area Tegan has been fantastic. Understanding what I meant to do and helping correct and update records. She has been chasing and resolving any HMRC queries and providing input regarding VAT and expense queries.
