During 23rd September, a buyer @williamdu67797 bought my mesh router but he refused to confirm and pay on the app from his end. I raised the situation to the carousell support and lodged a police report on the buyer. For the past 3 days, there were no words from carousell support. However today, 27th September, the carousell support in favor of the buyer! What an unprofessional support from carousell.
