This valve is in a small space where the carpet was placed, making it likely that it was broken during installation. I've lived in my home for three years and haven’t had any reason to be near the valve until now. After sending a picture to them, I received no response. I recommend checking valves and ensuring no damage has occurred. Other than that, they did a good job with the carpet.
