Paid a lot for their delivery which was scheduled two weeks after payment.and delivery date confirmed by email.Where they say "We do also advise not to book fitting before delivery is confirmed by our team"It was confirmed by email. So their excuse to me is invalid.By midday on the delivery day nothing had been delivered.Contacted C&M to find out delivery time only to find that the vehicle had broken down - in which case why didnt they contact me? (this did seem like an excuse to me)Couldn't give another delivery time except that it would be the next day which is a Saturday. But I would have to wait until 17:00-17:30 on the Friday when they could confirm!!! Where I was told it would now be Monday AM. Really!!When I asked for a refund on the delivery charge was informed it was nothing to do with them. Massive inconvenience to me and the price this company charge is not cheap,First and last time I would use this company and I would defiantly not recommend them.
