I had a poor car side pickup experience at Carrabbas’s in Southgate MI. I phoned my order in and went to pick it up when they said it would be ready. I pulled up to the curbside pickup area and proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes beyond when it was supposed to be ready with nobody coming out to my car to check in. In the meantime a truck pulled up and went inside the curbside pickup area and got his food right away. Finally a somebody came out to my car and I told her I had been waiting for a while and was not happy about the lack of service. She made a bunch of excuses and went to check on my food order. On the way back she stopped first to wait on another truck who had just pulled up. At this point I waited almost 30 minutes past when the order should have been ready. My food was cold so it had just been sitting around. When you pay over $20 for a chicken breast, small salad and a tablespoon of sautéed spinach you expect better service.
