No assistance, no responsibility, no alternative. Every conversation with CarTrawler feels like talking to a wall. Their representatives are consistently unhelpful, unprepared, and entirely ineffective. The explanations they send me are absurd, contradictory, and make absolutely no sense — at times it genuinely feels like I’m dealing with bots rather than a real customer-service team.I have e-mail correspondence that clearly shows how chaotic and unreasonable their communication is.
