If I could I would do zero stars. I ordered a Samsung A21s White phone got the delivery and it was the blue phone! Sorry but there's a huge difference between white and blue and on top of that they had to cheek to actually say when they get the phone back they are gonna check it for any damage or been used. So they can check that but can't check what they send out and the fact I work hard for my money as I'm a teen, I was looking forward to my new phone as I bought it myself but honestly the experience I've had I wouldn't want to do it again. Now I have to pay the people back so they can take it away. I'm already out of pocket as it is for the phone but now having to pay for them to take back there mistake is disgusting. Don't get me started on when I complained about it. The way they get InTouch with u is horrendous I'm honestly shocked and considering not ordering anything else. I work hard to earn my money and I'm wasting it all on fixing someone's mistakes. Honestly don't recommend this company at all. I'm also now out of pocket coz I ordered the same phone from a different company and still out of pocket till they send me my money back which I can guarantee it's gonna take the p*ss. I'm not one to do reviews and stuff but I thought I'd share my experience about this. Now I've gone to only branded and getting the same phone for next day delivery now that's customer service ☺️.
