The iPhone XS arrived with a significant dent. In communication with them, they never addressed the fact that the iPhone was not new. Multiple emails were sent before a response was had. Company address in USA. They say return address in England is to a third party that deal with returns only. It would seem to me that this arrangement would try to discourage reports to Trading Standards. The review I wrote for the product in response to the request for a review, has not been published on their website. I was grateful I had paid by PayPal and was able to raise a dispute, which Paypal paid out on.
